A creamy, berry-infused coconut milk refresher that tastes just like the Starbucks original but costs a fraction of the price. Quick and easy to make with simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • 4 Tazo Passion Tango herbal tea bags
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) thawed white grape juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) unsweetened coconut milk (from a carton, such as Silk)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Freeze-dried strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 4 Tazo Passion Tango tea bags. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix the base: In a large pitcher, combine cooled tea with 1/2 cup thawed white grape juice concentrate. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the coconut milk: Pour in 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk. Stir gently. Add a tiny pinch of salt and stir again.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 30 minutes until very cold.
  5. Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour the pink drink mixture over ice. Top with freeze-dried strawberries. Stir and serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t skip the chilling step; flavors need time to meld. Use refrigerated carton coconut milk, not canned. Stir before each pour as coconut milk can settle. Adjust sweetness by using less concentrate. For a caffeine boost, steep 2 green tea bags along with the Passion Tango tea (steep green tea only 3 minutes).
