A thoughtfully crafted rosé charcuterie box featuring creamy Brie, seasonal berries, cured meats, and accompaniments, perfect for any casual gathering or special occasion.

Ingredients

  • Brie cheese, whole wheel (about 8 oz / 225g) – creamy and mild
  • Optional: a small wedge of aged cheddar or gouda for variety
  • Prosciutto slices (4 oz / 115g) – thinly sliced for delicate saltiness
  • Soppressata or salami (4 oz / 115g) – adds a bit of spice and texture
  • Fresh strawberries, hulled and halved (1 cup / 150g) – sweet and juicy
  • Blueberries (1 cup / 150g) – bursts of tartness
  • Raspberries (½ cup / 75g) – delicate and fragrant
  • Mixed nuts (¼ cup / 30g) – almonds, walnuts, or pecans for crunch
  • Honey or fig jam (2 tbsp / 30 ml) – for drizzling over cheese
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)
  • Baguette slices, toasted (1 small baguette) – lightly crispy
  • Assorted crackers (1 cup / 120g) – choose variety packs for texture contrast

Instructions

  1. Remove the Brie from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving to let it come to room temperature.
  2. Cut the baguette into ¼-inch (6mm) slices. Toast them lightly in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes until golden but not too hard.
  3. Rinse all the berries gently under cold water and pat dry with kitchen towels. Hull the strawberries and halve or quarter any large berries.
  4. Fold the prosciutto and salami slices loosely to create texture and place them on the board in small piles or rolled shapes.
  5. Place the Brie wheel near the center or a corner of your board. Arrange berries around the cheese in clusters, leaving some space between colors for visual appeal.
  6. Place small bowls of honey or fig jam on the board. Scatter nuts in gaps to fill spaces and add crunch. Arrange toasted baguette slices and crackers on the edges.
  7. Sprinkle fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs over the board for an aromatic touch and lovely presentation.
  8. Chill your rosé well—aim for about 45°F (7°C). Pour into glasses right before serving.

Notes

Remove Brie from fridge 20 minutes before serving for best texture. Avoid overcrowding the board for visual appeal. Use a sharp cheese knife to slice Brie cleanly. For gluten-free, substitute bread and crackers with gluten-free options. Brie can be gently warmed in microwave for 10-15 seconds if desired.
