A quick and easy turkey club wrap that stays together perfectly, made in under five minutes with simple ingredients. Perfect for busy mornings and packed lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla or wrap (10-inch size works best; use whole wheat or spinach for extra flavor)
  • 34 slices deli turkey breast (oven-roasted recommended)
  • 23 slices cooked bacon (crispy; center-cut recommended)
  • 1 slice provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 23 slices ripe tomato (seeds removed to prevent sogginess)
  • 12 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 12 tablespoons mayonnaise (Hellmann’s or avocado mayo)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: thinly sliced red onion, pickle slices or pepperoncini, avocado slices, mustard or pesto

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortilla (optional but recommended): Place the flour tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 seconds per side, or microwave it for 10 seconds. This makes it more flexible and less likely to crack when rolling.
  2. Prepare your ingredients: While the tortilla is warming, cook your bacon until crispy. Pat the tomato slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Lay the lettuce leaves flat—if they’re too curly, trim the thick center rib slightly so they lie flat.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise: Lay the warm tortilla on a clean cutting board. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface, leaving about an inch around the edges. This creates a moisture barrier that helps prevent the wrap from getting soggy. Add a pinch of salt and pepper over the mayo.
  4. Layer the cheese and turkey: Place the slice of cheese in the center of the tortilla, slightly toward the bottom third. Layer the turkey slices on top of the cheese, overlapping them slightly. The cheese acts as a glue that helps hold everything together.
  5. Add the bacon and vegetables: Arrange the crispy bacon strips on top of the turkey. Place the lettuce leaves on top of the bacon, then add the tomato slices. If you’re adding onion or avocado, layer them here. Keep everything centered and compact—don’t spread it out too much.
  6. Roll it up tight: Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, tucking it snugly. Fold in the sides, then roll upward firmly but gently. The key is to keep tension on the wrap without squeezing the fillings out. Think of it like rolling a burrito—tight but not too tight.
  7. Cut and serve: Place the finished wrap seam-side down on the cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut it in half diagonally or straight across. A clean cut makes it look more appealing and easier to eat. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.

Notes

Pat all wet ingredients dry to prevent sogginess. For meal prep, leave out tomato and lettuce until ready to eat. Let the wrap rest for a minute before cutting for better shape. Use a 10-inch tortilla for best results.
